VeterinarianDr. Beth Griffin-Overton Pope, when she’s not at work at one of her two hospitals, Dr. Beth enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Ralph, and her three children, James, Anastasia and Griffin. They are all active members of Creekwood Church of Christ. Dr. Beth enjoys watching her alma maters, Auburn and Kentucky, during football and basketball season. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, trips to the beach with her family and playing with her dogs, Rivers, Legacy, Rover, Lucy Lou, Gabby, Cammie and Teddy, Cats —Carolina and Clover, Chickens – Cornpop and his 40 some Ladies. Ralph and Dr Beth raise registered Polled Hereford and commercial cattle under the name Burning Cash Cattle Company. Currently the herd numbers 65 head.
